Eric Luster, Controller
Mr. Luster has over 20 years in experience managing and supervising excavation and construction. In the last ten years his experience has been managing projects from the financial aspect rather than field operations. This financial management has been crucial in balancing the needs of a rapidly growing company.
Andy Good, Chief Estimator & Project Manager
Mr. Good has 10 plus years of experience estimating and project management of construction projects. Work experience includes civil construction as well as building construction. A B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Nevada, Reno, is one of his many qualifications. He works closely with engineers to design proper procedures to achieve successful project results. He has designed procedure specifications and managed numerous projects throughout the Reno/Tahoe Area.
Jeff McCollum, Superintendent
Mr. McCollum has over 25 years of experience in the field. He has supervised hundreds of projects in the Reno/Tahoe area, ranging from erosion projects to water treatment plants. His extensive history with equipment operation makes him an asset to this company.
Greg Dustin, Superintendent
Mr. Dustin is a native to Truckee, CA. He has worked in the excavation/building industry for over 30 years, with the last 10 for a local firm. Mr. Dustin's extensive knowledge of the area and soil conditions are invaluable.
